Hello Mikael: There are many reasonably priced software available to make /clip/slomo/join videos. Any insight into what reasonably priced or freeware software is available to markup clips. Thanks.

Excellent question! I think it depends on what you are planning to use it for. When I coach individual players, I usually use the default Windows apps on my computer to show clips to players. When I want to animate clips (like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAYTFzZYhkQ), I use PowerPoint. I've also used the VLC Media Player in the past, not the most professional thing, but it has some interesting features.

In a team setting, we worked with InStat and they have some good features to annotate and cut clips. For a team setting, a professional and collaborative platform like InStat/Steva/XOS is good. But it depends on the team's budget at that point.

All in all, for me, it's about getting used to the tools that are available and creating value out of that.
